Supported by Chandra Foundation, LEADS promotes the restoration and conservation of water bodies while encouraging community-led water resource management and sustainable environmental practices.

Environment Protection & Youth Empowerment
LEADS received support to provide food, medicine and other essential relief materials to communities affected by the COVID-19 pandemic in Jharkhand. With this support, LEADS assisted more than 500 vulnerable families across the state.

Women-Centred Livelihoods
LEADS received support to implement a skill development programme for youth in s service-sector trades. Under this initiative, more than 700 young people were successfully trained, enhancing their employability and livelihood opportunities.
