LEADS has been at the forefront of implementing impactful development initiatives, generating practical knowledge and proven solutions across diverse thematic areas. Building on this extensive field experience, LEADS serves as a trusted technical and knowledge partner to civil society organizations, government departments, academic institutions, CSR partners, and community-based organizations across Jharkhand ,Bihar and Orissa.
Beyond implementing its own programmes, LEADS offers end-to-end technical and professional support across the development project lifecycle—from concept development, proposal writing, and project design to capacity building, research, monitoring and evaluation, documentation, and knowledge management. These services are delivered by an experienced multidisciplinary team with expertise in education, sustainable livelihoods, governance, community institutions, social research, and programme management, enabling partners to design, implement, and scale sustainable, evidence-driven development initiatives.
Our training expertise spans a wide range of development themes including Child Rights, PRI and Gram Sabha strengthening, Gender Sensitization and Women Empowerment, etc. each drawing directly from our own years of grassroots implementation, giving our trainings a practical, ground-tested edge rather than a purely theoretical one.
Till date, LEADS has extended these services to over 50 organizations, ranging from grassroots NGOs and community-based groups to government departments and academic institutions.
