Survey, Research and Publication: LEADS has a dedicated team of professionals with expertise in research, documentation, publications, monitoring, and evaluation. The organization undertakes surveys, action research, baseline studies and programme evaluations, monitoring assignments, and pre-funding assessments on a wide range of community development and public policy issues for government agencies, donors, and development partners. LEADS also has an experienced publication unit that develops practical resource materials, manuals, and books to support community learning and capacity building. Over the years, the organization has published books and training materials on diverse themes, including the Right to Education (RTE) Act, 2009, National Education Policy (NEP), 2020, School Development Plans, Model Schools, Model Anganwadis, Organic Farming, Mango Plantation with Intercropping, and several other subjects related to education, livelihoods, natural resource management, and rural development. These publications are widely used by community institutions, practitioners, government officials, and development professionals as practical guides for planning and implementation.
