Major Achievement and Impacts of LEADS
An overview of LEADS key milestones and outcomes across nearly two decades of operation in Jharkhand, Odisha, and Bihar. It reflects the cumulative impact of our programmes in Education, Livelihoods, Women's empowerment, Child Development, Skill Promotion, Plantation, Renewable Energy, etc as recorded through our monitoring and reporting systems. The achievements outlined here represent measurable progress made in partnership with the communities, institutions, and donors we work with. Details are presented below.
Elementary Education
- 60000 children from 650 Govt Schools are getting quality education.
- Life skill education and career guidance given to 8000 children.
- 1930 children enrolled under Vidyalay Chale Chalaye Abhiyan.
- 15000 adolescent school children sensitized on health and nutrition.
- Recruitment of more than 16000 teachers in Jharkhand.
- 10000 School Development Plans formulated.
