Building Strong Local Institutions for Inclusive Rural Governance
LEADS strengthens Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs) to promote accountable, transparent, and participatory local governance across rural and tribal communities. By building the capacities of elected representatives and community institutions, the programme enables Panchayats to effectively plan, implement, and monitor local development initiatives while ensuring greater community participation in decision-making and public service delivery.

Capacity building of Mukhiyas, Ward Members, Panchayat Secretaries, and elected representatives
